From my first forum of 2026 in Glasgow closely followed by Peterborough and soon to be Chester the BPCA forums alone have kept me on my toes.

Then to be asked to be a Speaker at Pest Ex giving my take on and my knowledge of how I present my treatments to the customer, the use of CCTV, Sonar Tracing, LiDAR, 3D Scanning, Mapping and Thermal in my daily works in dealing with rat infestations is definitely one to be up there.

Then add in that I am now a official trainer for one of the industries largest, most respected and ethical suppliers has just topped off the first quarter of 2026. Since is started Rattraxs I wanted to take the ‘personal’ approach to each and every call I attend. I have invested greatly into my little company with my knowledge, experience and the most up to date equipment to ensure that I provide the best service out there for my customers.

I pride myself on solving the problems customers have called me for and I like to think I deliver what is expected of me.. My reviews speak volumes and I am always grateful for everyone of them…

So… Here’s hoping the next quarter of 2026 is just as busy as the first.. and a big thank you to the customers who trust me to deal with their issues, the suppliers who trust me with their name and reputations and the associations such as the BPCA who entrust me to deliver on my knowledge and experience to other industry members.
