Reviews are so valued, they not only convey either customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction they are a important tool for myself to ensure that I continue to provide the best service I am capable of.
In the event a customer is not satisfied for which ever reason I am the only person responsible for this and I will ensure that every option is explored to reach complete satisfaction.
The other aspect of reviews are that they continue to allow me be noticed on the search engine rankings.
It’s not about getting ot the top, it’s about being seen, the more positive reviews, the more I am noticed, the more I am noticed without paying for the privilege, the more i can keep advertising costs down which can only benefit both myself as a company but also you… the customer as the end treatment charges can remain competitive.
Many people do not like to leave reviews as they wish not to be associated with a pest issue. After all we as a company are discreet so why post to the world about the rat you have just had removed from your loft space. Just a Initial is great, I’ll know who its from and that’s what is also important.

It does not have to be War and Peace, just a few lines would really be appreciated. In the event I have not met expectations, please let me know as we progress through the treatment. Expectations must be managed, sometimes things do not work straight away… We are often dealing with pests that quite simply do not play by the rules we humans set out.
